LFC Internet Marketing, Inc. was formed in 1991, at the dawn of the commercial Internet
age. In early 1995 the company purchased the LFC domain name, and then in 2001 launched LFC.com, which
since its inception, has been exclusively dedicated to the auction marketing of commercial real estate
throughout the United States and around the world. Based upon the successful online auction model of
LFC.com, the launch of the Freedom Realty Exchange website® (www.FRE.com) in 2005 meant that the company
could now deliver their specialized auction marketing solutions to all aspects of real estate.
Throughout the years, LFC Internet Marketing, Inc. has provided the LFC Group of Companies and their
clients with sophisticated, Internet-based technology that gives each property maximum exposure worldwide
