|
| 1. |
Register for a Full Account - It's free and only takes a few minutes. Click here to get started |
| 2. |
Read and Agree To the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be found in the Documents section on the Property Profile page. |
| 3. |
Download and Complete the Bid Form, which can be found in the Documents section on the Property Profile page. |
| 4. |
Remember, your Online Bid amount must exceed the current High Bid amount displayed in the Bid History on the Property Profile page. For a Sealed Bid, your bid amount must meet or exceed the Minimum Bid amount published on the Property Profile page. |
| 5. |
Submit/Send your Bid Form and Bid Deposit (via check; wire; personal, corporate or cashier's check) to First Republic Escrow Corporation. The Bid Deposit amount will vary per auction; refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale for the property you wish to place a bid on. |
|
For Sealed Bids:
Once you have submitted your Bid Form and Bid Deposit, you will receive an email confirmation that
your Bid Deposit has been processed by First Republic Escrow. If the auction ends with the property
still in a Sealed Bid format, you will be contacted if you are the highest bidder. If a Sealed Bid
property is transitioned to an “Online” bidding format, you will be notified and from that point
forward, you may place subsequent online bids by clicking the “Bid Now” button on the Property
Profile page.
|
|
For Online Bids:
Once you have submitted your Bid Form and Bid Deposit, you will receive an email confirmation that
your Bid Deposit has been processed by First Republic Escrow, and you will be granted online bidding
rights. The bid amount that you indicated on your Bid Form will be posted online and you will be
able to view it in the Bid History on the Property Profile page. From that point forward, if someone
out-bids you, you can place a higher bid online by clicking the “Bid Now” button on the Property
Profile page.
**Note: Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your Bid Form and Bid Deposit to be processed.
If you submit your Bid Form and Bid Deposit on a weekend, you will not obtain bidding rights until the
next business day. If you submit your Bid Form and Bid Deposit on a business day, allow 2-4 hours for
your bid to be processed. You will then receive an email confirmation and bidding rights. If you submit
your Bid Form and Bid Deposit at the end of a business day, your bid may not be processed until the
following business day.
