The LFC Group of Companies recently announced the successful sale of the former Elk Meadows Ski Resort in Beaver County, Utah, less than a week after the notable online auction ended. LFC's online auction campaign yielded several days of competitive bidding, increasing the final sales price by more than 60 percent of the opening bid. The purchasing price was not disclosed in the press release.
