Title: Most Famous Dome in Westfield to be Sold in Online Auction
|
One of central Wisconsin’s more unique properties, a ±3,772 square foot dome structure in the Village of Westfield, is now being offered in a bank-ordered online auction on the LFC Group of Companies’ commercial property website, LFC.com.
Formerly an RV sales center, the dome sits on ±2.3 acres of land adjacent to Interstate 39 and Highway 51. The high-visibility location and proximity to two major arteries, which bring heavy traffic to the area, make this an appealing investment opportunity. The property is near Westfield Elementary School as well as a multi-tenanted strip center and several other retail and service businesses.
“Traditional marketing approaches have proved to be too constrictive and limited for such a distinctive property,” said LFC’s Director of Sales Shawn Miller. “The online auction has the broadest reach of any sales method, and is the best way to find the right buyer for this unique commercial structure.”
The bank-owned property is offered with a minimum bid of just $49,000, far below the previous asking price. The combination of the low minimum bid and the accelerated marketing auction campaign are sure to bring the bank the outcome they are hoping for -- a quick sale.
As with all of LFC’s campaigns, this auction will be held entirely online, bringing an unprecedented level of buyer convenience by removing the need to spend an afternoon in a crowded ballroom or convention center. Buyers can download relevant property documents and conduct due diligence from the comfort of their home or office. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the auction website at LFC.com/922R2 for more information. The bid deadline is September 2, 2010. |
