***BREAKING NEWS***
Vineyard Hills has completed the installation of the basic infrastructure for solar power, allowing condo unit owners at Vineyard Hills Business Park to install individual solar arrays, thereby greatly reducing electricity costs and directly giving them access to attractive tax incentives.
The developer has taken an innovative approach to solar technology, installing a conduit in a designated area on the hillside behind the property. The conduit will connect future solar panels to each building in the project. The developer has even set up conduits to parking spaces anticipating the pending release of electric hybrid cars later this year. Business condo owners can plug their vehicles into the solar energy source, allowing their cars to charge while they work. It is a true “Plug & Play” solution.
Property Description
Vineyard Hills is a brand new development, recently completed on January 15th 2009. The units are ready for immediate occupancy, with a 1 year contractor’s warranty. The condos are ideal for a wide variety of uses including, but not limited to: finance, insurance, contracting, laboratories, consulting, brokerage, architecture, engineering, sales, R&D, legal, distribution, manufacturing and many more. Your work place should be as pleasant; i.e. enjoyable, comfortable, peaceful, attractive, economical, etc, as your home. Vineyard Hills is not just an address, it is an experience.
This 'green' development offers proprietors of small businesses the opportunity to own instead of leasing space in a business park. Units range in size from about 1,000 to 3,000 square feet. Individual condominiums consist of either all office, or office and flex space, facilitating a variety of administrative, professional, scientific and light industrial uses.
