Bell Street is the town’s main street lined with businesses and also known as "The Junction," as it is the first location visitors see when entering the town. Both parcels are zoned C-1 for commercial development and are located directly off the 101 Freeway. All utilities (gas, water and electricity) are available to the site.

Download and Complete the Bid Form which can be found in the Documents section for the property

Remember your Online Bid amount must exceed the current High Bid of the property you are bidding on. For a Sealed Bid, your bid must be at least the published Minimum Bid amount

Submit and Send your Bid Form and Bid Deposit (check, wire, personal, corporate or cashier's check) to Republic Escrow Corporation. Bid deposit will vary per auction: Refer to the Terms and Conditions for the auction you are interested in
For Online Bids:
Once Escrow receives your Bid Deposit and Bid Form, we will post your first
bid "Online" and you will be able to view it in the bid history. If someone places a bid higher than you, all
you have to do is click on the 'Bid Now' button and place a higher bid. Each "Online" bid is posted in real-time.
For Sealed Bids:
Once Escrow receives your Bid Deposit and Bid Form we will send you a confirmation notice that we have received
your bid and will notify you at the end of the auction if you are the highest bidder. If a Sealed Bid is switched
to an "Online" bidding format, we will then notify you that the auction you submitted a Sealed Bid for has gone
"Online" and at that point you may place "Online" bids by clicking the "Bid Now" button.
